This book constitutes the proceedings of the First International Conference on Computer and Communication Engineering, ICCCE 2018, held in Guayaquil, Ecuador, in October 2018. The papers deal with topics such as networking protocols and performance; software engineering; information systems; and computational intelligence. They are organized in the following topical headings: communications; and computer and software engineering.
