تحریکات بصری قدرت تحریک هیجانات را دارند بنابراین در مطالعات حوزه تشخیص و بررسی هیجانات، به طور گسترده از فیلم، به علت شباهت آن با موقعیت‌های واقعی، استفاده می‌ض‌شود و به این منظور پایگاه‌ض‌های فیلم به زبان‌ض‌های مختلف فراهم گردیده است .با توجه به وجود تفاوت‌ض‌های فرهنگی، هنجارها و ارزش‌ض‌ها بین ملیت‌ض‌های مختلف و تأثیرپذیری هیجانات از زبان و فرهنگ، وجود یک پایگاه فیلم تحریک هیجانات به زبان فارسی در تحقیقات بومی ضروری است .طبق دانش نویسندگان، مجموعه فراهم شده در این پایان‌نامه با نامPEEFS (Persian Emotion Elicitation Film Set) ، اولین پایگاه داده فیلم زبان فارسی در کاربرد تحریک هیجانات می‌باشد که با جامعه آماری ۸۸ نفره با استفاده از خودارزیابی آنلاین، در این پایان‌نامه فراهم گردیده و اعتبارسنجی شده است .در تهیه این پایگاه داده از ۸۰ فیلم سینمایی مشهور ایرانی استفاده نموده‌ایم و مجموعه نهایی شامل ۲۰ قطعه ویدیویی با مدت زمان بین ۲۰ تا ۱۰۰ ثانیه با برچسب‌گذاری گسسته بر اساس هیجانات شش‌گانه پایه و همراه با درجه‌بندی ابعادی در دو بعد برانگیختگی و ظرفیت ارایه گردیده است .این ۲۰ ویدیو دارای حداکثر شدت در هر برچسب می‌باشند .علاوه بر این درجه‌بندی هیجانی برای ویدیوهای تایید شده توسط متخصص نیز در این مجموعه موجود است .از این پایگاه داده می‌توان در تحریک هیجانات و طراحی سیستم‌های تشخیص اتوماتیک هیجانات در سطوح مختلف استفاده نمود .در ادامه با استفاده از پایگاه داده PEEFS و فیلم‌های انتخاب شده از پایگاه‌های داده به زبان انگلیسی و فرانسوی موجود، پایگاه داده سیگنال با ثبت از ۱۴ نمونه حین تماشای ۱۴ فیلم فارسی و ۱۱ فیلم غیرفارسی تهیه گردیده است که شامل سیگنال‌های EEG کانال‌هایFP ۱ وFP ۲، ECG لید ۲،GSR ، EMG ثبت شده از عضلات تراپزیس و زیگوماتیک، EOG عمودی، پالس انگشتی، تنفس و دمای بدن می‌باشد .با استفاده از طبقه‌بند nuSVM به ترتیب در ابعاد ظرفیت، برانگیختگی، علاقمندی و آشنایی طبق مدل ابعادی، صحت ۸۹/۸۹، ۸۹/۸۸، ۹۴/۹۶ و ۸۴/۹۰ درصد با استفاده از سیگنال‌های محیطی، صحت ۹۰/۷۵، ۷۴، ۵۸/۸۶ و ۱۳/۷۸ درصد با استفاده از سیگنال‌های EEG و با ادغام ویژگی‌های حاصل از سیگنال‌های محیطی و EEG صحت ۷۴/۹۱، ۸۵/۹۰، ۶۱/۹۳ و ۷۷/۹۱ درصد به دست آمد .نتایج صحت طبقه‌بندی، در حالت چهار کلاسه، در صفحه ظرفیت-برانگیختگی، به ترتیب با استفاده از سیگنال‌های محیطی، EEG و ادغام هردو برابر با ۰۱/۸۴، ۹۶/۶۲ و ۲۹/۸۵ درصد بوده است .در طبقه‌بندی گسسته دو کلاسه بین هر برچسب هیجانی و حالت خنثی، به ترتیب با استفاده از سیگنال‌های محیطی، EEG و ادغام هردو، صحت میانگین ۴۶/۹۵، ۸۸/۸۶ و ۲۸/۹۷ درصد و در حالت طبقه‌بندی دو به دو برچسب‌های هیجانی، صحت میانگین ۸۲/۹۵، ۱/۸۹ و ۲۸/۹۷ درصد حاصل شد .

Emotions are associated to human central and peripheral nervous system activity and visual stimulus has the potential to invoke emotions. In the field of emotion analysis and recognition, films are widely used due to their similarity to real-life situations and film sets have been collected in various languages. Because of differences in culture and values among different nationalities and their important influence on emotions, it is necessary to provide a Persian emotion elicitation film set for national researches. According to the authors' knowledge, PEEFS (Persian Emotion Elicitation Film Set) collection is the first emotion elicitation film database in Persian that has been collected and validated by a 88-person population using an online server-based website, created in this work. We have have watched 84 famous Iranian films to trim emotional segments, and the final set consists of 20 movie clips, duration from 20 to 100 seconds, with discrete labeling based on six basic emotions and ratings in two dimensions of arousal and valence. These 20 movie clips have the highest intensity at each tag. In addition, emotional rates of expert-confirmed movie clips are also included. This database can be used to stimulate emotions and to design automatic emotion recognition systems at different levels. \par Using the PEEFS database and selected movie clips from the previouse English and French databases, the signal database has been provided by recording 2 channeles forehead EEG (FP1 and FP2), ECG (lead 2), GSR, trapezius and zygomatic EMG, EOG, finger pulse, Respiratory signal and skin temperature from 14 subjects, during watching 14 Persian movie clips and 11 non-Persian movie-clips. The percentage of classification accuracy in dimensional model by $ \ nu $ SVM classifier, in valence, arousal, liking and familiarity dimentions, by EEG features are 89.89, 88.89, 96.94 and 90.84, by peripheral features are 75.90, 74, 86.58 and 78.13 and by peripheral and EEG fusioned features are 91.74, 90.85, 93.61 and 91.77, respectively. In four-class classification mode, on the valence-arousal plane, using peripheral, EEG and fusioned features, results are equal to 84.01, 62.96, and 85.29. In the discrete two-class classification of emotional labels inverse of the neutral state, using peripheral, EEG and fusioned features the average percentages of classification accuracy are 95.46, 86.86 and 97.56, respectively and in the two-class classification of emotional labels inverse each other method, the obtained results are 95.82, 89.1 and 97.28, respectively.
