ردیف عنصری جدی گرفته نشده در تاریخ ادبیات فارسی است. نه سیر تطور آن بررسی مفصّلی شده است و نه جایگاه ویژه‌ی آن در کار شعرای مختلف. حتی تعریفی یک دست هم که همه‌ی جوانب آن را پوشش دهد از ردیف وجود ندارد. آن چه گفته شده مطالبی کلّی در باب ارزش موسیقایی ردیف است و نقش آن در موسیقی کلّی شعر. بخش معنایی ردیف و ارتباط آن با این جنبه‌ی موسیقایی تقریبا مغفول واقع شده است.در این رساله ما در ابتدا تعاریف ردیف را بررسی می‌کنیم و نکاتی از آن‌ها را به بحث می‌گذاریم. سپس نگاهی تازه به ارزش معنایی ردیف و نقش آن در انسجام معنایی شعر و تقویت محور عمودی آن می‌اندازیم. بررسی رابطه‌ی جنبه‌ی معنایی و موسیقایی ردیف و چرایی انتخاب یا عدم انتخاب ردیف از سوی مولوی، سعدی و حافظ در غزل‌هایشان را با این نگاه تازه، تبیین می‌کنیم و با دیدی نو جایگاه ردیف در غزل را نشان می‌دهیم. در نهایت با بررسی مصداقی غزلهای این سه شاعر به بحث جنبه‌ی کاربردی می‌دهیم.
Text of Note
Choice of any word or phrase by the poet not only in verse but also in during of lyrics is effective. If we look at the choice of a word or phrase that repeat as identical ending syllable in every verse then more we find out the importance of choosing it by poet and need for comprehensive proportionality of identical ending syllable with the whole poem. Based on this we have examined functionality, value and rule of identical ending syllables of Hafez beyond the verse and in form and structure of ghazals. The result of this study shows that Hafez has chosen identical ending syllables often fits with the theme, elements, texture and overall building ghazal. Sometimes identical ending syllable is as a tool in his hands to use it in difficult situations to express something that there is no possibility of expressing them in common word. Sometimes base of choosing of identical ending syllable fits withthe structure of ghazal is for the creation of humor. Sometimes the meaning of identical ending syllable is in contrast with sections content and other words in the context of poetry and creates new semantic features. Identifying target addresser of the ghazal with accuracy in the type of application of identical ending syllable can give to us the key to proper understanding of some ghazals.
