در پی تصویب قانون انتقال پادگانان های نظامی به خارج از شهر ها توسط مجلس شورای اسلامی ، مدیران رده بالای نظامی بر آن شدند تا نسبت به انتخاب مکانهایی در خارج شهر ها برای انتقال پادگانان به آن مناطق اقدام نمایند بدیهی است که زمین ومحل استقرار یک یگان نظامی باید دارای فاکتورها وخصوصیاتی باشد که آینده استقرار وثبات آن را تضمین نماید.با پیشرفت علوم رایانه ای و نرم افزار های تخصصی مخصوصا در محدوده سنجش از دور که امر مکان گزینی را با ادغام فاکتور های فیزیکی(جغرافیایی) و توصیفی به وسیله اعمال متدها والگوریتم های خاص با دقت بالایی انجام میدهد به کارگیری فناوری را در این امر نیز اجتناب ناپذیر نموده است .هدف اصلی در این پژوهش بررسی وتحلیل پارامترهای محیطی درمکانیابی بهینه پادگان نظامی با استفاده از سیستم های اطلاعات جغرافیاییGIS میباشد .پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف از نوع کاربردی است که با استفاده از روش توصیفی- تحلیلی صورت گرفته است .بدین منظور ابتدا عوامل و معیارهای موثر در مکان یابی مراکز نظامی شناسایی گردید .سپس برای تعیین اهمیت و ارزش هر یک از معیارها و عناصر موثر در تصمیم از مدل AHP استفاده شد .سپس پرسشنامه ای طراحی و در بین کارشناسان و متخصصین توزیع گردید .در مرحله بعد با استفاده از روش فرآیند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی و نرم افزار Expert Choice وزن هر یک از معیارها و عناصر تصمیم، تعیین گردید .با استفاده از روش میدانی، نقشه های محدوده مورد مطالعه به روز رسانی و تهیه گردید .در مرحله بعد کلیه لایه های اطلاعاتی در سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی (GIS) به رستر تبدیل شدند .در نهایت با استفاده از روش Index overlay لایه ها با یکدیگر ترکیب گردیده و مکان هایی به عنوان بهترین مکان پادگان های نظامی در شهرستان های خوی و سلماس پیشنهاد شد

The purpose of this research is to use a descriptive method An analysis was carried out. Firstly, effective factors and factors were identified in the location of the military centers, then the AHP model was used to determine the importance and value of each of the criteria and elements in the decision making process. A questionnaire was then designed and distributed among experts and experts. In the next step, using the Analytical Hierarchy Process and Expert Choice software, the weight of each criterion and decision element was determined. Using the field method, the maps of the study area were updated and prepared. In the next step, all layers of information in the GIS were converted into a raster. Finally, using the index overlay method, the layers were combined and places were proposed as the best place for military garrisons in the cities of Khoy and Salmas
