Insulators are exposed to air, rain, and wind conditions, which makes them vulnerable, and thus can threaten the safe and stable operation of the electricity network, which leads to power outages and heavy economic losses, according to statistics. For this reason, electricity companies are required to carry out inspections periodically to reduce losses as much as possible. Deep learning methods are life-threatening, expensive, and waste time and effort. Thanks to advances in image processing and computer vision, electrical companies have been using algorithms to process aerial and ground images and extract, analyze and identify faults. This project proposes a real-time insulator detection fault method using the YOLOv5 object detection model and the generative adversarial network (GAN)

عایق ها در معرض هوا، باران و شرایط باد قرار می گیرند که آنها را آسیب پذیر می کند و در نتیجه می توانند عملکرد ایمن و پایدار شبکه برق را تهدید می کند که منجر به قطعی برق و سنگین می شود زیان اقتصادی طبق آمار به همین دلیل، شرکت های برق نیاز به انجام بازرسی های دوره ای برای کاهش تلفات تا حد امکان. روش های یادگیری عمیق زندگی را تهدید کننده، پرهزینه و اتلاف وقت و تلاش می کند. اخیراً به لطف پیشرفت هایی که در زمینه پردازش تصویر صورت گرفته است و بینایی کامپیوتر، شرکت های برق از الگوریتم هایی برای پردازش هوایی و زمینی استفاده می کنند تصاویر و استخراج، تجزیه و تحلیل و شناسایی عیوب. این پروژه یک تشخیص عایق در زمان واقعی را پیشنهاد می کند روش خطا با استفاده از مدل تشخیص شی YOLOv5 و شبکه متخاصم مولد (GAN)
